Bealings Village Hall
Plant Sale 2016
Now in its 23rd year, this year’s Plant Sale – a traditional part of life in semi-rural communities – will offer the usual vast array of plants produced by local gardeners, including perennials, shrubs, and vegetable plants. There will also be a range of other stalls, including a Cakes and Produce Stall, crafted walking sticks and more.
There will be a raffle with great prizes and a very special additional prize which will be raffled separately – a flight experience in a small light aeroplane, a Piper PA28 Warrior which will be piloted by a qualified pilot. The flight will last about 1 hour and transport to the airport is included. This would make a wonderful present for someone special or for you!
The sale has become a major event in the Bealings calendar and is held in aid of Great and Little Bealings Churches.
Refreshments will be served all morning, included in the £1 entrance fee. And for an extra £5 why not enjoy a picnic lunch with a glass of wine, which will be provided behind the village hall at 12.45pm?
We look forward to seeing all our regular supporters as well as welcoming new ones. The children’s playground at the back of the hall is ideal for the children to let off steam and you will find good parking facilities.
To donate plants, volunteer to help with the setting up and running of the Sale on Friday and/or Saturday, or to find out more about the sale, please contact Norman on email@example.com or Fran on firstname.lastname@example.org
